Q. How do I change the time on my phone?
From your main attendant phone only:

  • Press SPKR
  • FEAT
  • 64
  • the 4 digit time (military time)
  • SPKR.
  • The time on all phones should change

 
Q. How can I see the extension number of a phone?
Without picking up the handset, press FEAT 99. The extension will display the feature that is supported.
 
VMI voicemail system (not ESNA):
Q. How do I record a menu?

  • Dial 700 from any phone
  • During greeting press #
  • Enter Menu Number for mailbox number
  • Press 3
  • Press 2 for greeting management
  • Press 2 to change greeting recording
  • Press greeting number you want to record (normally 1)

 
Q. How do I remove a passcode:

  • Dial 700 from any phone. You will hear “You have reached the message management center.”
  • During greeting press #
  • Enter 201 for mailbox number
  • Press 4 for system management
  • Press 4 for remove passcode.
  • Enter the mailbox number

 
Q. How do I set and check voicemail time?

  • Dial 700 from any phone. You will hear “You have reached the message management center.”
  • During greeting press #
  • Enter 201 for mailbox number
  • Press 4 for system management
  • Press 5
  • Press 1 to check time or press 2 to change the time

 
Q. How do I select active greeting?

  • Dial 700 from any phone. You will hear “You have reached the message management center.”
  • During greeting press #
  • Enter mailbox number for the menu you are changing (s.a. 900)
  • Press 3
  • Press 2 to access mailbox greeting management menu
  • Press 1 to select or determine the greeting number that is active
  • Press 2 to change greeting recording
  • Press 3 to play greeting
  • Press 4 to discard greeting
  • Press 9 to exit to previous menu
  • Hang up when finished

 
Q. How do I activate the holiday greeting schedule? 
Holiday greeting is in menu 975 – record this menu first – then follow these steps:

  • Dial 700 from any phone. You will hear “You have reached the message management center”.
  • During the greeting enter #
  • Enter mailbox number 201
  • Press 4 for systems management
  • Press 7 for holiday greeting schedule
  • Press 1 to active the holiday schedule

 
Q. How do I deactivate the holiday greeting schedule?

  • Dial 700 from any phone. You will hear “You have reached the message management center.”
  • During greeting press #
  • Enter mailbox number 201
  • Press 4 for system management
  • Press 7 for holiday greeting schedule
  • Press 2 to deactivate the holiday schedule and return to normal operations
