Job Description
Assemble and inspect PC boards on the Slide Line. Repetitive assembly of small components required. Must learn and be willing to work on all four stations. Must try to work out issues one-on-one and keep an open communication with the team.

Experience in the assembly of PC boards. Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings, bills of material, process and routings. Must be able to read and understand component values and their descriptions.

BE a self-starter, flexible enough to meet the daily production needs, quality-conscious and have a concern for the customers needs.
Must have good eyesight, hand dexterity.
Must have good communication and problem solving skills. Must understand and live up to business unit expectations and participate in team meetings, discussions, etc.
Must be willing to cross-train in other areas and be able to work overtime on short notice.
Basic computer skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Surface mount experience/operator a plus. Hand soldering skills a plus.
